Excelente very good
I placed an order for the FLY AWAY BIRTHDAY BOUQUET that included a balloon. The arrangement looked as if were just thrown together in a vase and there was NO balloon. I am adding 2 pictures one of what we received so you can judge for yourself if this was a quality arrangement or just something thrown together and the other is what I thought I would have received. I even paid for the premium upgrade which was $20 more than what the website starting price was. The only reason I did'nt give a 1 star hated it review is because they at least delivered it to the correct place and correct day. Total price for delivery was $103.42 does this look like $103 flower arrangement ?
