Everytime I have brought my cleaning there, they have messed it up or it has been very late. The last time I picked up my button-up shirt, it came back with a stain on it. I showed it to the attendant who said she would send it to be re-cleaned. After the re-cleaning, the stain was faint, but still there. I told the attendant who said she didn't want to send it back because clothes have been coming back with stains or yellowed. So I said I'll take it somewhere else. Pretty sad when your own employees notice the poor quality.
First off they dont even deserve a star.. they over charge, then you get it back to find wrinkles, un even creases and blotches of starch everywhere so disappointed I thought they would have more respect for law enforcement uniforms, I will never be back thats for sure... what a shame.
The staff at Star Cleaners is friendly and they always provide excellent service. We have been customers for many years and have never had any problems.
Very rude. I called to ask about alterations and the lady on the phone was just super rude. Im not one to complain a lot but this was ridiculous. I will NEVER be going here or even recommend it.
