Josh was very helpful when I had any questions. I went to see why the shower was not working properly and Aaron said he would fix it. He fixed it while we went to go visit my nephews. Thanks for making our stay great.
Excellent choice of a hotel. Stayed for 4 nights. Had to do laundry and the washer was broke. When I went to the front desk and asked if they had an other washer on an other floor, Breezy was working the front desk said no other washer but she will take our clothes and wash them in the hotel washer and dryer. A few hours when we returned she had them washed, Dried, and even folded. Very nice of her! Ive stayed here 3 different trips and had 3 great stays! I look forward to my next trip here again. And they are VERY pet friendly and dont charge a ridiculous pet fee..
Awesome hotel! Clean rooms, friendly atmosphere. Plenty of parking spots. Pet friendly! Only down side was a couple bugs here and there, but we did see the exterminator come in right before us so, they're taking care of it.
Stayed for two nights (Friday and Saturday). The rooms we're clean and neat, breakfast had a good assortment of options ( scrambled eggs, bacon, bagels, toast, fruits, juices, coffee waffle maker etc.). The location is a little hard to get to once you passed it going north on I-35.
This hotel has helped us out 2 different stressful situations. We are so thankful for their willingness to not just work things out but genuinely care for their guests as well! We will definitely be coming back and hope to see Criss again too :) She is so helpful & sweet! (her whole family cares for that hotel and takes pride in it and are just as sweet!) If you have any problems at all... be honest w/ your situation and she will do whatever she can to accommodate you I promise!
