Great place. Clean the theatres, comfy. Restaurant has good food. Bowling alley is very nice though a little small, and not setup really well for kids.
Really clean. I've been here a few times and it's always clean. The restrooms were clean, the hallways aere clean, the auditoriums were clean. It looked clean, it smelled like popcorn and the staff have always been friendly every time I've gone. The arcade area was clean as well. They have a good selection of games. I've only order from the restuarant once, and it was good. I had a hamburger and fries, it was good.
GREAT PLACE!! Had never been here before but I going to Disney movies with all generations of my family. 4 years old thru 60 years - all 8 of us enjoyed the experience. Staff was pleasant and out going, and the snack bar crew was ON IT to get us in theater on time. Everything was clean. Seats SO comfortable too! Restrooms SPOTLESS - a big plus to us. Only downer was prices in game room. Quite expensive and with so many of us it just ate up our budget quickly. We will be back.... kids want to earn some money on their own so more time can be in game room!
Very friendly, engaging staff. They have a full bar too. Would give at least another star if it wasn't so damn loud in the lobby from the (very large) game room. Seating is nice, but no way to 'fix' the seat backs - you're reclining whether you want to or not.
Theres no free refills on their drinks, you only get one popcorn refill and I think that's only if you buy the largest one, people talk in the theater, a lot, there's no rules about arriving late or using cell phones and even the employees are loud during the movie. It's an alright place to go see a kids movie but I wouldn't want to see anything that requires a lot of concentration or is supposed to be an experience as you will inevitably be distracted. Which is unfortunate because the awesome sound system and curved screens along with the comfortable rocking chairs would make for a very fun viewing experience.
