Like most places, the police and legal system in this town run a business that takes away people's freedom and sells it back to them. I met people who couldn't get home to their children because they couldn't afford bail for a petty drug offense. Despicable. The KPD is a direct beneficiary of an unjust bail system and draconian drug laws and thereby deserves the scorn of the community.
