Waited over 30 minutes to get my food. And apparently if you know someone behind the counter they prioritize you over everyone else. This was the case for me, and as others have said no help from the staff. I was told "maybe they are making you fresh wings?". Wish I could give ZERO stars.
Its not about making mistakes and errors. Were all beautifully flawed. What is important is how we handle those mistakes. This Wingstop when newly opened, totally dropped the ball on an order. With hesitation, I decided to try again. When I called, they had no mention of what happened to me last time we ordered, yet when approached by the manager, she provided prompt, professional and unparalleled service. I ordered more food just to let them know I wasnt trying to get anything for free. They didnt make me feel that way. Ill happily go back to get my monthly wing craving from here again.
I had not been to wing stop in a while because the wings were not great at other locations, they were dry, and no sauce, and the fried were cold. But I went here for lunch yesterday and the wings were made perfectly. With just the right amount of sauce. The guy at the front was helpful with getting me sauces. Seriously, best experience at a wing stop in a long time. This visit restored my faith.
Did not enjoy at all the lemon pepper wings almost had the whole bottle, the were over burn and over salted I told the cashier and all she said is that she was sorry she never said she could Do a reorder
The food is ALWAYS top notch. Prep is good with very little wait time. If you are late to pick up your order it stays hot in the waiting area. Wings are consistent but the fries are hit and miss. Consistency in ordering depends on how you place it. I ALWAYS get the correct order if I place it online and pick up in the store. The front staff are friendly and get your order right as long as you SPEAK UP (it's loud in there) but ordering over the phone can be difficult. You will get first priority over the people in line, but it is difficult for the staff to hear your order on the other end. The dine in experience is nice. They keep it clean and organized, generic decor. This location is rather small so expect to wait for a table on busy nights. The waiting area at the front is small so long lines make it very crowded. I recommend take-out!
