First time I came here was great. However, I returned not even a week later because the shellac was chipped. No big deal, Ill go back and get the nail fixed. 30 minute wait when you have two nail techs sitting at the end of the finger nail table just socializing for the full 30 minutes and 4 techs sitting in pedicure chairs. Several people waiting and absolute no service. The girl (Tyra) that was at the front was extremely rude when I walked in. Then I get charged $13 just to fix one nail. Nope, go spend the money at another place. Just awful.
So frustrating. Has some messed up fingers (dip) and toenails (gel). Patchy, uneven. They made my cuticles look like theyre slanted at a 45 degree angle. I explained clearly the issue and made an appointment for today to have them fix it. They told me the owner would fix it when I made the appointment, but he spent two seconds with me and is helping someone else now. Im now waiting for the same tech who did it the first time. They told me it would take no more than an hour as I had a small window this afternoon. 30 minutes later no one has even started.
Loved it! Great service and friendly people. I got the organic pedicure it feelt so nice and my feet felt great afterwards still. Plus they offer you free drinks from sodas, water and margaritas definitely coming back!
Had a very good experience here today. Walked in and requested an acrylic pink & white fill and pedicure. They werent busy so the receptionist set me up with Lisa on my pedi and Kelly on my fill simultaneously. I really appreciated optimizing my time this way. Both ladies were pleasant and engaged in conversation with me. Which was a very pleasant surprise as Ive been to many shops were the staff only talks with each other and not in English. I will definitely be returning.
So, Mary did a great job on my pedicure, let me be honest. But, I came in as soon as they opened, literally the first customer. I was here at 9:30 to get an Organic pedicure (takes 40 minutes) knowing that I'd have more than enough time between this and my doctor's appointment at 11am. So, right now, it's 11:18am, and my 40 minutes pedicure is still not done. Going on 2 hours. They take forever and it's like there's no concern over my time.
