Walked in as a new Customer due to my other pharmacy(stone gate in south Austin) just leaving my scheduled 2 pain meds at my door and at the wrong address too. Stone gate refused to correct this issue so I tried out my local pharmacy in kyle and not only was it quick, but GREAT Customer service. He also has a program for the kids were he gives you a free bottle of chewable vitamins every month for the kiddos. You gotta love that. Great Customer care, quick and convenient, thinks of his customers kids. Come on kyle let's Support our local pharmacy and help him succeed.
Wow! Amazing customer care! The space is not as fancy as what you would expect from a CVS or Walgreens. But, the pharmacist is incredible! He has such patience, great attention to detail, remembers who you are and what you need AND he delivers to your home! I was also having a hard time getting a medicine I needed filled at my other pharmacy, which is why I decided to switch. He went above and beyond to get me the best price for the medication! No pharmacy has ever put effort into saving me money! I'm switching all my prescriptions over! *UPDATE*Guys, if you are on the line about switching pharmacists, do it! This pharmacy is blowing my mind with how helpful they are! He keeps saving me money! Who does that?! He has cut my monthly prescription costs almost IN HALF! He actually cares about my health and noticed I was missing a medication that I needed to be on that my wonderful (I truly mean wonderful) doctor forgot (she's human, it happens) to prescribe. He called her and they worked together to get me what I needed. Seriously! I've never had such great care!

We just recently discovered this gem of a pharmacy in Kyle. Before now we have used the major retailer/pharmacies for all of our family's prescription needs. I am so glad we found this place. Not only do you get treated like a valued customer instead of just another refill number, but they deliver your prescriptions as well. Thank you for the great service! I'm sorry we didn't find this place sooner!
On my way home from work in afternoon I got a call that someone in our family wasn't feeling well. I ducked into Kyle Care Pharmacy for some over the counter medication to deal with some of the illness's symptoms and was quickly greeted by the pharmacist. I explained the situation and he gave me a solid recommendation with some background as to why it would be his choice. I can't remember the last time someone took the time to explain something to me instead of just directing me to the aisle. I've since started filling our family's prescriptions here. If you're wanting to avoid the big busy stores and feel like more than a transaction you should give these folks a shot.
