We were not greeted promptly. Not greeted at all would be more accurate. We sat down at a table and then we were told we would have to order at the counter. No smiles or courteous service. Had to ask for silverware. Food was over cooked. I don't know how this restaurant stays open. We will not be back.
I love Mama Fus! I just moved to Kyle and this is right down the street so I decided to try it! It was so good! And I like that that have plenty of Gluten Free options that are VERY CLEARLY marked on the menu, making it so easy to order. The woman taking our order was very friendly, and the food came out quickly. Also I accidentally broke a plate, and the staff was very nice about it so 5/5!
Your staff is rude. The order taker was gentleman with long hair. Not a great greeting and when I asked to give time to look over the menu seemed put off because it was not the order he wanted to go in. He had the same attitude with family behind me. Having a bad day? Call in. Also my food was not cooked all the way.
I LOVE this place. Ive noticed a trend where there is a 50/50 chance I will get my order if I place it after 8pm. But its worth it. The shrimp pad Thai is my FAVORITE! However Id stay away from the egg drop soup. Ive never once ordered it and not found a hair in it. Good food-good prices.
Service was quick, prices are reasonable, staff is courteous. Padthi was not as I expected it, taste was off. Basil summer rols were excellent!
