Very nice storage facility. Accessible 24hrs a day. They even have a kiosk that allows you to rent a unit anytime so if you get a late night urge to down size or move out, you can do it.

They are good they beat up the public storage prices always
Names are deceiving. I went to this storage unit late at night because they advertised that you can rent a storage unit anytime. The kiosk is extremely slow and the initial process took about 30 minutes. All was going well, until I get to the storage unit that I rented and it has a lock on it. I look to see if maybe it's open and just on there as a mistake. Nope, it's fully locked and the unit is inaccessible. I have a truck full of wooden furniture that I needed to store hence the reason of getting a unit. So I call their office number and there is no answer. Then we return to the kiosk as they have an option to speak to a live person. No one answers, so I keep trying. Still no answer, so we leave upset and frustrated and I leave their office a voicemail. We had to wait till the office opens up the next day at 9am. Which meant we had to leave our furniture that we packed in our truck as we had paid for a unit that we could not access.The next morning, I call again and speak to a woman in the office who apologized and said there was an error due to another person in the office. She said she had refunded our money, but they didnt have any units the same size that were available. They had a unit that was one size up but had a $50 increase. I asked if we could have that unit for a discounted rate due to the issues. She said it was not possible. Needless to say, think twice about the meaning anytime, especially when you are in a situation like ours. Overall, with the "lack" of service received, I would not recommend renting a storage unit here.
