Super nice staff and clean facility. Always greeted with a smile and helpful hand! Definitely would recommend when you need a unit.
Would be a complete 5 stars if the company offered pro-rated rent by the day as I only need a storage unit for approximately 3 weeks, but I have to pay up to the 15th of the month as they do not offer daily payout.Other then that, everything is excellent. Supreme customer service was given to us by Tim, who is also running for city council, just an fyi to anyone reading this. He showed us the unit, gave us his expertise recommendations and told us some great stories while we did the process of obtaining a unit.Another great perk, compared to other storage units is that they have carts available to use AND they play music throughout the units which is a nice touch. It is also a very clean complex. Overall, I would highly recommend this storage location especially over those unreliable, impersonal automated places with a kiosk.
I was inquiring about prices over the phone and the representative was very rude, very bad customer service.
Absolutely perfect ... friendly...secure... and available 24 hours... key in and out with all the cameras I feel comfortable with!
Fine experience until I called in to let them know I was moved out. The guy on the phone immediately started going on about paying the last month's rent, which I said multiple times I understand. He continued to push making payment while I was simply trying to ask for assistance in closing an account. I brought up that the neighbours unit had spilled laundry detergent into my unit and ruined my stereo speakers. He immediately started reciting a line of BS about policy and how he had no power over whats in these units. I was trying to inform him of an issue in his facility, not scam for new speakers. After the cussing began (with a manager I assume) I hung up. To sum it up, they're fine until they have to think, then it all goes down hill quickly. Dissapointed to say I can't support a local business because of one bad employee. Edit: after speaking with the owner of this place I feel somewhat better about my experience. He spoke with his employee about this and called me again to let me know it was handled and to ask to earn my business back. I appreciate anyone willing to make the effort to make a customer happy. So because of this, up to a better rating.
